We had such a fantastic Hare March! at Burpham this afternoon. After some initially spotting some at great distance, we tracked down several more and ended up enjoying great views of at least 15 Brown Hares chasing each other and even boxing!
We couldn't help noticing some great birds too, the highlight being a female Merlin which landed for a couple of minutes in a tree, as well as good looks at plenty of Red Kites, Buzzards, Lapwings, Mediterranean Gulls and Grey Partridges.
